Welcome

After college in California, Jamie K. Brown moved to Denver, Colorado and began a career in Private Equity and Project Management.  His company financed and managed large real estate and energy projects through the western states for 30 years.

In 1993 he started researching West Maui real estate, and by 2014 had acquired a portfolio of investment assets in Ka’anapali and Lahaina.  In 2017 he and his wife relocated to Lahaina permanently.  The transition was easy as their adult children had already moved to Maui.  Jamie acquired his Real Estate license and began representing buyers and sellers.  Last year he represented three sellers, including the sale of the highest priced Whaler unit ever.  He recognized The Whaler value, and given macro and micro trends in real estate at the time, was able to sell Whaler 1052 for $3,650,000.  This sale established new Whaler unit value, including more accurate pricing of all units at this jewel of a Ka’anapali property.

Jamie recognizes that buying and selling West Maui real estate are transactions that involve significant investments.  His attitude is one of service and professionalism; happy to provide information, and willing to meet the needs of buyers or sellers of homes, condos or raw land.  His extensive business experience gives you a seasoned professional representing you in transactions.  Whether you are a buyer or a seller, he looks forward to a conversation about your real estate desires, free of any sales pitch.

On a personal note, he has been married to Bari Brown for 42 years.  He has two grown boys.  He enjoys long distance swimming, golf, and walking Ray who is a 2 year old “poi” dog that came from the Kihei Animal shelter.
